At the conclusion of the course, students will be able to
Define what sexual harassment is consistent with the Illinois Human Rights Act.
Provide examples of conduct that may constitute unlawful sexual harassment.
Summarize Federal and State statutory laws concerning sexual harassment including remedies available to victims.
Summarize employer responsibilities in the prevention, investigation, and corrective measures of sexual harassment.
